Kimberly Rodriguez

Chief Executive Officer

Automotive industry veteran, Kimberly Rodriguez joins Dura Automotive Systems as Chief Executive Officer and board member on September 1, 2020. Kimberly is a renowned expert in transforming global organizations to maximize efficiencies in supply chain, manufacturing and operational performance. During her 30-year career, she has assisted automakers and suppliers in driving value creation by leveraging the interface between finance, operational (plant floor) efficiency, and the effective use of technology.

Prior to joining Dura, Kimberly was Chief Executive Officer of Rush Trucking, a $100 million long-haul trucking company. During the 2020 COVID Automotive shutdown, she helped to dramatically improve efficiency, reduce equipment cost in half and quadruple the customer base for Rush.
Kimberly joined Rush from Detroit-based Huron Consulting Group, where she served as a senior consultant. She previously served as a principal of her own firm SCRM, providing independent consulting services, largely to equity funds and multiple holding family funds relating to sales growth, efficiency and market strategy.

From 2010-2015 Kimberly was principal at KPMG and from 2006-2010 she was partner at Grant Thornton, where she led creation of an industry-leading, proprietary financial and operational web-based analytical tool and its follow-on product to monitor extensive supply chains. The highly successful tool is now in use by Fortune 50 firms and over 10,000 of their suppliers. From 1999-2006, Kimberly was partner at Stout, Risius, Ross, Inc. She began her career in 1998 as founder of Michigan-based Concorde Management Group.

Kimberly sits on the Board of Directors for AMG Industries, LLC., and Romeo Rim, as well as on the Executive Committee and General Board for The Children’s Center, a Detroit-based non-profit. She is a founding member and the first female chair of the Private Director’s Association, which provides training and insight for existing and potential board members of privately held companies. In 2019 she was named “Director to Watch” by Directors & Boards Magazine.

Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Art in economics and accounting from Michigan State University and a Master’s in business administration from Walsh College.


Michael Beckett

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Beckett is Chief Operating Officer for DURA Automotive. In this role, he is responsible for all strategic growth, P&L, and operational initiatives across the global enterprise, which includes operations in 15 countries spanning Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.

DURA is a leading tier-one supplier of lightweight structural systems, luxury exterior trim systems and mechatronics to premier automotive brands. Michael mentors DURA teams to achieve benchmark levels of customer service, quality performance, and environmental leadership. His intense focus on lean manufacturing and total value management (TVM), coupled with a zero-defects approach, has delivered sustainable gains in overall performance and bottom-line results. Michael is based in the award-winning DURA-Birmingham, United Kingdom facility.

Michael joined DURA in 2016 as Vice President Operations Finance. In 2017 he was promoted to Vice President of Operations – Europe. Michael joined DURA following an accomplished finance, operations and general management career of more than 30 years with Delphi Automotive. During his tenure at Delphi, he served prominent roles as Finance Director for Electronics-Europe and Managing Director for Infotainment and Driver Interface Products. From 2012-2015 Michael served as Managing Director – Electrical / Electronic Architecture in Germany, where he instituted a wide-scale manufacturing footprint transformation while improving quality metrics and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Michael held roles of Finance Director of Infotainment and Driver Interface Products and Finance Director of Delphi Electrical and Electronic Architectures as well as Controls and Security Products.


Stephen Johnston

Chief Financial Officer
Effective May 2020, Stephen Johnston is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for DURA Automotive Systems. In this role, he has overall responsibility for the company’s financial strategy and activities, including accounting, financial controlling, financial reporting, treasury, and tax matters worldwide.

Stephen joins DURA Automotive bringing 25 years of diverse, global experience as a Tier 1 divisional CFO, corporate controller and Big 4 partner. Prior to joining DURA, Stephen served as the Tower Automotive North American CFO, a $1.6B manufacturer of engineered metal structures and complex welded assemblies for body and chassis. As a member of the North American leadership team, Stephen was responsible for the financial performance of critical program launches for key customers, including Ford, FCA and BMW. As North American CFO, Stephen managed the financial performance of the regions 14 plants and 5,700 employees in North America prior to the successful sale of Tower to Autokiniton.

Until 2017, Stephen was the corporate controller and global chief accounting officer at Nexteer Automotive, a $3.6B global Tier 1 manufacturer of electric power steering and driveline systems. In 2016 he served as Interim CFO representing the company with external stakeholders, including investors, analysts and credit ratings agencies. While at Nexteer, Stephen led the implementation of financial reporting systems, the design of a global enterprise risk management system and the establishment of a new corporate accounting, reporting and controls function.

Prior to joining Nexteer, Stephen was a partner with KPMG, based in Detroit. During his career, Stephen served as a national instructor, regional quality control leader and audit partner. From 2006 to 2008, Stephen completed an assignment in Asia Pacific as part of the firm’s Capital Markets group, focused on supporting the efficient execution of cross border capital markets transactions. From 1998 to 2002, he was assigned to KPMG Germany supporting key national accounts with SEC filing requirements.

Stephen is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina.



Sanjay Singh

Chief Technology Officer

Sanjay Singh, EVP and Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for DURA’s overall innovation and global technology agenda. Sanjay’s responsibilities include shaping DURA’s technology strategy, as the company continues its path of growth and leadership in the areas of lightweight structures, smart exterior trim systems, mechatronics, human-machine-interfaces and advanced mobility solutions.

Sanjay has more than 25 years of experience as a leader in the automotive industry. He began his career at General Motors in 1991 as a project engineer in structural design of driveline, steering systems and advanced R&D, followed by design/release/integration of vehicle systems. After working for GM for 10 years, Sanjay joined TRW engineering leadership, where he developed chassis systems and launched the first 12-volt belt drive electric power steering (EPS) for mid-size cars and SUVs in North America. From 2013-2016, Sanjay held the position of Global Executive Director of Engineering at Nexteer Automotive followed by Executive Technical Advisor and Chief Technology Officer at Cresttek-JSP Corporation, leading development in the areas of chassis and powertrain
controls, active safety, autonomous mobility, vehicle dynamics, vehicle connectivity to smart cities, and virtual testing for advanced driver assist systems (ADAS).

Sanjay holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India.


Sean McGuire

Chief Commercial Officer (Interim)

Sean McGuire is interim Chief Commercial Officer for DURA Automotive Systems. In this role he serves as a member of the executive leadership team, with responsibility for all sales, marketing and new business development strategy worldwide.

Sean’s extensive marketing career includes agency and corporate experience with global suppliers, OEM’s, and new technology start-ups in the automotive, aerospace, and military mobility sectors. He has represented more than eighty client products and services with businesses ranging from $50 million to $8 billion in revenue.

Prior to founding the CMO Marketing Solutions consultancy in 2010, Sean served in significant leadership roles for DURA. From 2005–2009, he was Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications, leading teams in new business acquisition, investor relations, branding, and corporate strategy.

In 2008, Sean co-led the “Engine of Democracy” public relations program in Washington DC, representing a coalition of automotive suppliers in support of bridge loans for automakers.

Prior to that, he served from 2001-2005 for DURA as Director of Strategic Marketing, and from 1999-2001 was Director of Product Marketing & Advanced Technology. From 1986-2001 Sean held management roles in engineering, business development, and program management.

Sean holds a BSME from GMI Engineering & Management Institute (now Kettering University) and earned his MBA from the Eli Broad School of Management at Michigan State University.


Charles Clevenger

Chief Procurement Officer

Charles K. “Charlie” Clevenger joined Dura in August
2017 as Global Vice President, Total Value Management. Charlie currently serves as the Chief Procurement Officer and leads the supply chain and value management activities for the company.

Charlie started his career at Allison Transmission, the world’s premier engineering and manufacturing company for commercial and military automatic transmissions. At Allison, he served in a several positions of increasing responsibility in the operations and procurement functions. In 1998, he joined Delphi Automotive Systems in Paris, France. While at Delphi, he served in various global procurement and business leadership roles while based in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.

Charlie is a graduate of Purdue University, and also completed Executive Development Programs at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and Thunderbird Global School of Management.


Pierre Glozbach

General Counsel

Dr. Pierre Glozbach is General Counsel for DURA Automotive Systems. In this role he leads all legal counsel for the global organization.

Pierre has over 15 years of experience advising multinational companies on complex and diverse global legal, compliance, business and risk management matters. He brings with him a broad spectrum of international experience, both as an external and an inhouse counsel covering myriad industries, including steel, specialty materials, medical device and automotive.

Before joining DURA, Pierre was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a privately owned medium-sized steel company headquartered in Germany. Prior to that he was a Senior Associate with a leading German commercial law firm.

Pierre earned his law school degrees from the Universities of Bonn and Duesseldorf and a PhD from the University of Maastricht.
