Lawrence (Larry) A. Denton joined DURA as President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2003. In 2005 he also assumed his role as Chairman. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Denton was President of Dow Automotive, a $1 billion business unit of the Dow Chemical Company. Prior to that, he spent 24 years with Ford Motor Company, where he held a variety of senior management positions with increasing responsibility in manufacturing, quality, sales and marketing, engineering and purchasing.
Mr. Denton is past chairman of the Board of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), and current board member of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), Kettering University and Autotemp Company. |

David T. Szczupak serves as chief operating officer of DURA Automotive Systems, Inc., where he is responsible for all aspects of DURA’s manufacturing, engineering, quality and procurement worldwide. Szczupak joined DURA with nearly 30 years of global automotive operations expertise. He most recently served as the group vice president of manufacturing at Ford Motor Company.
Szczupak joined Ford in 1990 as chief engineer of Jaguar Cars, following Ford’s acquisition of Jaguar, and has since held increasingly responsible senior management positions in engineering and manufacturing operations. Before that, he held engineering positions with Jaguar Cars LTD and with Holset Engineering (Cummins). |

Theresa L. Skotak serves as Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. She held the position of Vice President, Human Resources since May 2002. Prior to that, she was the Director of Corporate Human Resources for DURA since 1999. From 1997 to 1999 she was the Director of Human Resources for Excel Industries, an automotive supplier based in Elkhart, IN, that was acquired by DURA. Her previous experience also includes Human Resources and Communications Manager in North America for the Assembly and Test Division of Lucas Industries. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. |
